Club Participant Agreement

I agree:

  1. To pay the yearly Shapes Dress Club membership fee of $24. at the first SDC meeting. (The Treasurer will collect and submit to Shapes.)
  2. To make the full contribution to the monthly Money Pot each month of the year on the evening of the club meeting.
  3. If I cannot make the SDC meeting in a particular month I must contact the Treasurer with my payment or send the payment with one of the other members to the meeting. No exceptions.
  4. To host one club meeting per year. Including providing the venue, refreshments and snack or dessert.
  5. If I cannot continue with the SDC in the middle of the 12 month commitment I must find a person who is suitable to take my place. This new person will agree to “buy me out” . (Replacement suggestions may be suggested by other members.)
  6. To buy only clothing or accessories with the Money Pot and to bring the clothing to the next SDC meeting.
  7. To participate in the 12th month Make-over in any way possible.
