We are particularly proud of our relationship with Shelternet.ca because, like Shelternet.ca, supporting women and empowering them to feel good about themselves is at the very core of everything The Right Shape Inc. stands for.

Shelternet.ca is

• a not-for-profit charitable national organization committed to working towards the prevention of violence against women and their children.
• dedicated to decreasing the barriers of abused women and increasing the technological capacity of shelters for abused women and their children.
• a state-of-the-art clickable map of Canada that links abused women to shelters and help-lines in their own communities to facilitate their link to safety.

Shelternet.ca has

• an interactive safety planning tool. stories and poetry from abused women.
• a "Just for Kids” section for children and youth who have witnessed violence with interactive educational games for children.
• sections for employers and concerned friends and family.
• a fully culturally translated site in 10 languages.

We support Shelternet.ca by making clothing donations and, at our cost, sending them to Shelternet.ca. They then distribute these clothes on an as needed basis across to the country, to enable abused women to dress with dignity.

We ask women attending Shapes parties to bring a gently used article of clothing with them for donation to Shelternet.ca
