Shipping of Product

Product is usually shipped to arrive within 21 days of receipt of order.
In case of an error or unclear Order Form, the shipment will be processed as soon as the issue has been resolved.
The entire order, with your name on the package, will be sent to the address that you have indicated on your on line order request. Please confirm that all your information is correct.

Exchange of Products

We have a full exchange policy on all products other than intimate apparel and items which may be of concern for hygienic reasons such as earring if they have been removed from their original packaging. A new product will be shipped at no charge to you within 21 days of receipt of the returned item.
